Daily Huddle Meeting
A great way to keep a team connected is to hold a huddle meeting. The daily huddle is typically a 7 minute daily meeting that covers the following topics:
- Good News
- Review Huddle Board Smart #’s
- Top 1′s
- Missing Systems
- Cheer!
The Huddle Board (DASHBOARD) tracks the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the business. The Huddle Board KPI’s are lead indicators that once the companies trends are established, the team can track and adjust their actions daily, rather than waiting until the end of the month and looking at the financial statements (lag indicators).
