Secure the future and Pay It Forward

Speaking of free stuff, AVIDWORX is big on giving back to the industry, which is why we created our “Pay It Forward” fund. Through Pay It Forward, we will redirect one per cent of our profits back into our customers’ stores by picking one store each year to transform into a lean, mean 12V audio-selling machine free of charge.
Sounds crazy, but we believe that our showcases and services really do help our customers move more product. In fact, the 500-plus stores we’ve worked with over the years have typically seen a minimum 20 percent increase in revenue — and in some cases growth was 50 percent or 100 percent.

In exchange for giving a store the full AVIDWORX treatment, we ask that the store contribute a small portion of their increased sales back into the “Pay It Forward” fund to help the next store along.
And why, you may wonder, would anyone contribute your profits back to other stores who could be your competitors?                                   

The answer is, because we’re in this together. We’re not just selling electronics, we’re creating an culture of 12V fanatics — a growing legion of customers who understand and appreciate audio and electronics and all the ways our products enhance their lives. We’re committed to modernizing our industry and making everyone better, one store at a time if that’s what it takes.                                   

This year’s “Pay It Forward” winner is Lance Putnam of Audio Center in Kentucky. We’ll be checking in on Lance’s progress this year and will give you an update in 2012.
