PRICEWORX label system updated with new features, available for free as always!
Ask anyone in retail and they’ll tell you that one of their biggest issues today is internet comparison shopping. A customer will come in, pick your brain, try out your floor models, and then simply use their smart phone to scan the box or type in the product name and SKU to see if it’s available slightly cheaper somewhere else.
But if you can’t win the game, our advice at AVIDWORX is simple: stop playing it! That’s where PRICEWORX comes in, AVIDWORX’s free label system. We’ve recently updated PRICEWORX with new data fields and features, based on feedback from retailers already using our label system in-store.
All you need to do is sign up here and you can go online at any time to make, save and print labels for every product in your store.
The labels are designed to work with AVIDWORX interactive showcases, but they can be used with any kind of product display.
Each label includes a field for your own logo, the most important logo in your store. There’s no bar code and you can leave SKU information off the label if you choose, making it harder for customers to comparison shop. PRICEWORX also lets you list features and benefits, and to simply illustrate those features using a wide selection of easily understood icons.
There are fields for sales staff — such as codes that tell staff members how much they can discount items — as well as fields for the sale price, for the discounted price (if applicable) and for price comparisons (e.g. your price vs. MSRP or your price vs. Internet price). You can also change the look of our templates, and use special templates for sales events and holidays.
There’s no downside and no catch. AVIDWORX wants stores to succeed and for retailers to beat internet comparison price shopping, or “showrooming.” And since PRICEWORX is continually evolving based on the feedback of retailers using the system, it will always be cutting edge.
