We have had our new displays for a couple of months now, and the customer response has been wonderfull. People naturally gravitate towards the interactive display and comment regularly on how "Clean" they look.
We have seen an increase in remote start/security upgrades on about 20% of our tickets to the tune of $150.00 to $250.00. With no sales pressure, people see it, play with and say I WANT IT.
My favorite display is the back-up camera and monitors. This is becoming a bigger and bigger part of our business. Selling Back-up cameras with this display is like selling Snickers at a Weight Watchers convention.

Wow Lance, that is exactly the kind of success story that we want to hear. We are happy that you can already see positive results from the new showcases. Please feel free to share more success snipets as they happen. We are all ears...

I love my new displays, thanks so much to Marcell and everyone at Avidworx. Here in Kentucky we are looking forward to remote start season and the business that it brings. This year we are making an real effort to upsell our customers and move ourselves away from the entry level systems. With our new Remote Start display that is proving to be an easy task. The display allows the customer to become more involved in the sale and upsell themselves. Yesterday I had two customers asking about remote starts, both of them purchased our premimum starter. A $250.00 increase on each sale and it was an easy sell.
