Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return through by calling AVIDWORX @ 604-696-2843 to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

• You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
• All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in.  Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
• Shipping cost amounts are not valid for refund
• Products must be unopened and in original condition

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 14 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at AVIDWORX.com. We cannot exchange items.
